Dang those septic repairs

You know I told you that we had to do septic system repairs. Well it's almost completed. We were looking at something between $10-13K or so. Well I think we are coming in on the low side so far. Yeah! It's been quite an ordeal. The folks who have been doing the septic work have been pretty good. It's hard around here to get folks to show up to do work. These guys have actually been pretty amazing considering the track record of most service people here. They have been here and they have actually been working. I hope the house sells soon. However, since the real estate market crashed and it's rainy season around here it doesn't look likely right now. Time will tell.
